FAQ
  • Where do you ship from?
    All orders are shipped from Germany.
  •  When will my order get shipped?
    If your order does not contain a preorder item, your order will usually be prepared and packed for shipping within a week. I usually send out the shipping notification right after putting all labels on the package and bring them to the post office the next morning.
    While I always try to ship everything out as fast as possible, I am only one person running this shop on top of my daily work so I'm very thankful for your patience.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?

  • All orders are shipped by airmail including tracking. Domestic orders within Germany take between 1-2 working days after shipment, orders within Europe 2-5 working days after shipment, international can take up to 20 working days after shipment. Please note that shipping times depend heavily on your local postal service and custom clearance times, please use the tracking informations provided by Deutsche Post and your local postal service for more informations on where your package is. 

    If you worry your package is lost, please don't hesitate to contact me, I'll give my best to sort things out. Often the package just gets stuck because of local issues or slow custom clearance.
  • What does it mean if an item is marked as [PREORDER]?

  • Shipping of preorder items will start on the date noted in the item description. Please note that I ship these in batches according to the order date so it is possible that shipping for your order takes another week or two from that date depending on the numbers of orders. 
  • Can I return or exchange items? 

  • If your order contains faulty or incorrect goods I will do my best to offer exchanges or replacements (as long as stock lasts) or refunds. Please note I cannot offer returns or exchanges for lost or stolen items or damaged goods during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please send me a message to sort this out with the postal service as tracking includes an insurance as well. 

    For refunds, please note the following cases:
    1) your order is not yet shipped: Send me a message as soon as possible and I'll send you a full refund via Paypal. Should I have already packed and prepared your order, I have to deduct a 20% service fee. 
    2) your order is shipped: If you return the item undamaged and in original condition, I am offering a refund. Returning shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Can I pick up my items?

  • Sometimes I am offering pick-up at local conventions in Germany. Please check my social media for upcoming events and message me before you buy something if you plan to pick something up.
